Use and maintenance

  • Chicken plucker/poultry plucker is used for removing the hair of the slaughtered chicken, duck, goose, etc.
  • Depilation can be finished in one time, the plume, fuzz, claw and the dirt of the surface etc. The machine also can be used for removing the skin of ginger, potato, mackerel scale etc.

Steps

  • Put the slaughtered poultry into the hot water of 60 to 80°c, for scald uniformly. Then, turn on the machine.
  • About 20 seconds, unlock the water faucet, to washing the chicken feather or ginger skin out.
  • At last, stop the machine, and take out the products is ok.
  • In the normal time, for unhairing, the chicken feather is only needed 20 seconds.
